Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Course Enrollment Cancellation

Once a learner successfully enrolls in a course on Provit Eduverse, the enrollment is considered confirmed.

Course cancellations by the user are not permitted after access is granted
Users are advised to review course details carefully before completing payment

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis under the conditions outlined below.

Refunds may be considered only if:

The course was purchased, but access was not provided due to a technical error
The same course was purchased twice accidentally
Payment was successfully debitedm but course enrollment failed

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

The user has accessed course content (videos, materials or resources)
The refund request is based on a change of mind or personal preference
Partial course completion or non-usage
Dissatisfaction with teaching style or course difficulty

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, users must contact us within 7 days of payment with:

Registered email ID
Course name
Payment reference or transaction ID
Reason for the refund request

Requests sent after this period may not be considered.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

It will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
Any transaction or gateway charges may be deducted, if applicable

5. Course Modifications or Discontinuation

Provit Eduverse reserves the right to:

Modify or update course content at any time
Suspend or discontinue a course

In rare cases where a course is permanently discontinued without a suitable alternative, an appropriate refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.

6. Fraudulent or Abusive Requests

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect:

Abuse of refund policies
Multiple refund requests by the same user
Violation of our Terms and Conditions
